Sweet mustard sauce

(suitable for fish or chicken dishes)

1 dl mayonnaise

1/2 dl natural skyr

1/2 dl baked apple skyr

1 tbsp strong mustard

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp dried mustard spice

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

A pinch of dried chili

Directions:

1. Mix together the mayonnaise, natural skyr and skyr with baked apples. Add the mustard, crushed garlic and spices and mix well together.
